"I've been a client of State Farm for about a year and a few months, and my experience with Sue D., my insurance representative, has been exceptional. Sue helped us obtain a renter's policy and two auto policies, guiding us through the process of bundling these policies and switching from our previous provider. Sue has been incredibly helpful in providing quotes, especially when we were shopping for a new car. What I appreciate most is the direct contact I have with her through email or phone, rather than dealing with an automated service. Sue is quick to reply when she's in the office, and her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist make the whole experience enjoyable! "I've been a client for about 10 years. I have multiple houses "insured" with State Farm. At least I thought they were. I submitted my first two claims recently. Both were denied in full. State Farm did not pay a dime. Called Heather's office and got nowhere. The dispute process will bring even more wasted time. Now looking for a new agent and insurer."
