"I've been a client for about 10 years. I have multiple houses "insured" with State Farm. At least I thought they were. I submitted my first two claims recently. Both were denied in full. State Farm did not pay a dime. Called Heather's office and got nowhere. The dispute process will bring even more wasted time. Now looking for a new agent and insurer."

We recently had a child she welcomed our child with open arms.
